Donau Inselfest in Wenen: Het Grootste Gratis Muziekfeest ter Wereld

Elk jaar, eind juni, verandert het Donauinsel in Wenen in een bruisend festivalparadijs waar miljoenen mensen samenkomen voor het Donauinselfest, het grootste gratis openluchtfestival ter wereld. Dit driedaagse spektakel trekt zo’n drie miljoen bezoekers naar een 21 kilometer lang kunstmatig eiland in de Donau. Met meer dan 600 uur muziek, 11 podia, en een mix van internationale sterren, lokaal talent, theater, cabaret en kunst, is dit festival een ongeëvenaard feest.
